This experience brought together community leaders, supporters, and cultural advocates for an unforgettable night celebrating heritage, connection, and culinary excellence.
Guests were immersed in a thoughtfully curated seated dining experience led by Chef Vinu Raveendran and the Kidilum team. Each dish reflected the depth and authenticity of Kerala cuisine, elevated through a modern lens while honoring its traditional roots.
The evening opened with inspiring remarks from AMHF President Daisy S.
