Daisy Palliparambil
The legacy of service, compassion, and community has been a cornerstone of Daisy's upbringing. Her Father, E. M Stephen, is a true pioneer in the Malayalee community, a visionary whose commitment to philanthropy, civic duty, and collective well-being has shaped not only the lives of countless individuals but also the fabric of our Malayalee community.
Growing up in a household where community service was not just an ideal but a way of life, Daisy was blessed to witness firsthand the profound impact of selfless giving and leadership. Her home was always open to leaders from all walks of life — from prominent Kerala politicians to distinguished community leaders. Through these interactions, she gained invaluable insights into the power of collaboration, the importance of community bonds, and the responsibility we have to uplift those around us.
Daisy believes that true success lies in giving back to the community, fostering inclusivity, and lifting others to their potential and these have been the very foundations of how she approaches leadership today.
Beginning her career as an Occupational Therapist, Daisy has gone on to lead multiple national therapy companies in different roles including Director and Executive Vice President of Business Development overseeing home care, sub-acute, and outpatient therapy services.
Daisy believes in the power of unity, in the strength of giving, and in the profound impact we can have when we stand together for the greater good. Through her involvement in community organizations like the American Malayali Heritage Foundation she hopes to continue to serve, support, and grow our Malayalee community.
